Rifleman Tours specialise in WWI and WWII small group battlefield tours. Rifleman Tours is run by husband and wife team Tony and Allison Eden, whom we’ve been working with for many years now. We are always surprised by the incredible amount of knowledge Tony has about the Great War and wanted to give our customers the chance to go on one of these excellent tours. A er the pick ups we will travel by coach down to Dover, take the ferry across to France and make our way into Belgium and onto Ypres. Much of the fighing during the First World War took place in and around Ypres and the city was almost completely destroyed. A er the war the centre of Ypres was rebuilt almost exactly to its original splendour. During this 3 day tour you will have chance to explore the city of Ypres and witness the Last Post ceremony and also enjoy an informative full days guided tour of the surround- ing battlefields and cemeteries, including Tyne Cot and Passchendaele.
There is much to see and learn on this tour with a fair amount of walking involved. Please visit www.ri emantours.co.uk for more informa on.
