Football Fan Transport

As an MK Dons fan I have now traveled on several away game trips with Masons Coaches. I always find your vehicles are clean, tidy, very well presented and driven in a careful, safe and entirely professional manner. I was aboard the Van Hool Astronef (a bonus to get a ride on such a rare model in the UK) for last night’s trip to Oxford and it came as a surprise to find the vehicle had some sort of problem that required it to be changed while we were in the stadium – the young lady driving it obviously did an excellent job in masking whatever the problem was as we were totally unaware of it. Full marks to you for the way you swapped the vehicle with no disruption to our journey home after the game. As a fellow transport professional (I recently retired from train driving), I do always try to make sure I thank the driver when I travel on public transport as I know these incredibly hard working individuals often get little recognition for the excellent work they do. I would also say that it is obvious your company has a superb customer service ethic and is very well run.
